Police have arrested a 20-year-old Federal Way man identified as a suspect in the shooting death of Justin Ferrari as he drove through the Central District with his family in May.
Ian L. Stawicki, 40, of Ellensburg died on Wednesday evening, according to a Harborview Medical Center spokesperson. A fourth victim in the shooting at Cafe Racer also succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday evening.
A moment of healing was held Saturday for devastated friends and neighbors in the Central District, where Justin Ferrari was shot dead by a stray bullet Thursday in front of his family.
Justin Ferrari was shot just after 4:30 p.m. Thursday near MLK Jr. Way and East Cherry Street. Ferrari was an employee of Zillow, and had previously worked for Expedia and Microsoft.
